[closed] [INFO] Support Delay

    Due to the release of v4.2.3 security update ( http://www.appnitro.com/blog-machform-423-security-release ), we're receiving large amount of support tickets (upgrading, etc), above the normal support tickets rate.

    We'll reply to each support ticket. However, it might take longer than the usual response time.

    If you sent us support ticket and haven't received any reply, I'm so sorry!
    We're catching it up now and will respond to support tickets as fast as we can.
