I uploaded & installed machform to my webhost & it appears to be working aside from the fact that nearly all of the icons/images are about 85% scrambled. I tried re-uploading the images/icons from the original zip file, but there still is no difference. I thought maybe it was an issue with FileZilla (FTP program). Any help?

It may have to do with uploading in Ascii vs binary modes. It's best to set your FTP to "auto" and let it choose the mode to transfer the files in, and this would be based on the predefined list.
You should be able to pre-define either the binary or ascii file types - that is a list of file extensions associated with each type, for example: jpeg, wav, mp3, gif, png, flv, mov would be all binary, while HTML, JS, CSS, PHP, ASP, ASPX, would be ascii.
Otherwise you need to remember to upload images,flash, videos, audio etc as "binary" and HTML/PHP and other script files as "Ascii".
