I am receiving the following error when I try SMTP

  1. "Error sending email: Language string failed to load:recipients_failedmyemail@mydomain.com"

Yes the email is stuck together like that with no spaces next to the 'failed'

is there something wrong in the language file?

  2. Hmm.. are you using SMTP to send email?
If so, is your SMTP require authentication?

Usually that error happened if your SMTP require authentication and you don't have the correct username/password in your config.php file.

Make sure to have the correct SMTP settings in your config.php file.

    I got similar mistake.
on one server it worked, when I had to change the server and domain - stopped and if no smtp was filled in cofig.php errot msg:
Error sending email: Language string failed to load: instantiate

and if it was filled with 2 diffrent correct emails(i tried diffrend emails and diffrent smtp settings, of course appropriate for this emails)
Error sending email: Language string failed to load: from_failedlogin@domain.com
if it's important - it was not localhost domains for the smtp servers.
