   I recently purchased MachForm and have a question.

   I would like to have it show a web page with all of the information entered by a user when submitting the form and include some fixed text with a signature block so that the user could print the page and then sign the form.

   I know I can have the form emailed to the user but would like to do this where we are not connected to the internet (off-site registration) and thus no email can be routed to the user.

   Is this something that can be done?

   Currently there's no such feature....but I'm sure it could be adapted in a future release, for example it's great having the custom emails using the templating method; perhaps additionally, have this same idea adapted to the custom 'thanks' page - the ability to display the data on the thanks page, with any further additional design elements added, such as the poster here asking about.

   Another way (probably harder to do) would be to have machform export the data to a PDF or some other file format (text or RTF for example, something that will be viewable in standard word processor, and cross-platform) and attach that to an email that can then be filled in and returned.

   You can tick the "Preview" selection and they can print that off. Your main form would have all you need for signatures and that stuff. But the preview page can be used to print off a "clean" copy - or should be able to anyway.

   Look here and see if that suits your needs. Its just a straight forward no frills form, but you can submit it and it will go to a review page with all the information the user filled out on the form and a blank line at the end. The only DrawBack would be the buttons "back" and "submit" but thats just sematics... hehe
