My server upgraded from PHP 5.2 to 5.3 a couple months ago. I changed my httaccess file to point to PHP 5.2, but now I want to upgrade MachForm to be able to use 5.3.
I downloaded MachForm 2.4 but can't figure out which files need to be replaced or do I have just have to run the upgrade.php file?

No need to run the upgrade.php file. Simply overwrite all your existing machform files (the only exception is the "data" folder, don't overwrite this folder).
However, if you have done some customization previously, you'll need to redo it again.
