How to set a limit to the number of records/entries

Hi Sir,

Is it possible to limit the number of entries.

For instance, the sign up for a online webinar session is limit to 50 participates, once it reach 50, the next sign up participate will be redirected to the next online webinar session or an email indicating the webinar is full.
