How to arrange/grop small fields in on line horizontally

    Hi Guys,

    Please can any one guide me on how to change the layout of my forms to arrange/grop small fields in on line horizontally. It assist my project in guiding the users during data-entry to fill in relevant data in the same row. i.e.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    S/no.| 1.|Organisation: XXXXX Office |Male Employees: 10 | Female Employees: 8 | Total: 18 | Remarks
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
