I am trying this program, I think it's great! But I tried to submit the survey I made and I did not get a response, Am I doing something wrong, or do I have to upload to the server first? Can you help me please!

Did you configure your email settings in your config.php file? Yes, usually you need to have this type of software running on a server that has a web service and an email service running, as well as PHP.
