   I've been using Machforms for quite some time with no problem. Now I'm getting this message:

   codeWarning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'underton_mk'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/underton/public_html/glimpsesofsoul.com/machform/includes/db-core.php on line 11
   Could not connect: Access denied for user 'underton_mk'@'localhost' (using password: YES)code

   I haven't changed anything at all. Is it possible that my host would have changed something that causes this?

   Access denied for user

   that would say to me that the user you setup to access that particular DB was deleted or the password changed. Check your config file against your DB details.

   Do you also get a failed connection to your database using those connection details when trying to access your DB using your site host control panel or phpMyAdmin? (or Web authoring software i.e. Dreamweaver?

   Do the forms already created with MachForm still show up OK?
