I changed servers recently, staying with the same hosting company, CrystalTech I now find that my forms that are set up in the standard way are not sending the emails. Forms that are using custom hooks appear to be sending the emails fine. What could be causing this? My configuration form is set up the same way as it was before changing servers, just with the new database information. What can I do to try to fix this?

Additional info: I also find that when I try to email a submission listed in the control panel, I get the following error message, but it does not send:
Email sent.
Error sending email: Entry #45 successfully sent.

So, there is no change with MachForm files itself, but the mail not being sent anymore? That's weird. Are you using new SMTP server?
To check this further, we will need to have FTP login to your MachForm.
