   Hello,

   I love MachForm, but I've run into a problem. I installed it according to the instructions on the website, and made a contact form. Everything was working fine. I even got a contact form yesterday afternoon.

   Then I went to log into the back end using a password manager. All of a sudden, I get the following message

   Could not connect: Access denied for user '25829_donald'@'lnh-www1h.bluehalo.myregisteredsite.com' (using password: YES)

   I've logged onto my hosting provider, and it shows that the database is functioning OK.

   I'm not familiar with PHP. Is there anyone that can help?

   Check your config.php, it looks like you have the wrong password/username for the database stored there.

   I checked the information, and it is correct. I tried to uninstall and re-install, and now when I try to run the install script, it tells me my server does not meet the minimum requirements.

   It installed perfectly the first time, and I was getting form results up until yesterday. The database password and username were updated and changed in the config.php file.

   I have a standby form program I can use until I can get this fixed. Is there someone in tech support that could possibly take a look?

   Thank you for your offer of help. I don't know what happened, but everything is working again.

   I somehow lost the css code on the original forms, so I'll have to make new ones, but I've logged on and off several times, and already have a new contact form up.

   I love the ease of making the forms, and they really add to our ability to respond to prospective customers.
