   Hi

   I'm trying to figure out which fields of the "forms" table I must consider to understand a form's status. To be more precise, I have to filter the forms that must receive email notification about submissions. Let me try:
   - "form_email" not empty;
   - "form_active" = 0 or 1;
   - "esl_enable" not empty;

   Is this enough/correct? Am I missing other important fields?
   What exactly do the different possibile values of "form_active" and "esl_enable" mean?

   both esl_enable and form_active must be 1 and form_email must not empty.
