    1)
    I don't want the powered by machform refeenced on the form presumably it can be removed?
    2) can options be populated by a DB table field?

    3) records posted and update records in a DB?

    1) To remove the "Powered by MachForm", you will need to edit two files:
    - includes/view-functions.php
    - includes/helper-functions.php

    Search for the word "Powered by" there and you'll find it on few places.
    Remove all of them.

    Is there a way to remove "Powered by" from the email that is sent to the person who filled out the form? I really like your software, and I really want to tell everyone about it, but intruding into the email communication that my client receives is just not cool.

    Yes, simply follow the above instruction. It will remove the link from the email as well.
