Hello,
I'm wondering if I can have a form like this:
company name
name
phone number
site name
Network address at %site name%
Subnet mask at %site name%
Gateway at %site name%
etc...
Then next question is 'Do you have another site?' Yes|No
Then start over retaining all info...
Then 'Done' when no more sites to fill out.
If I can carry info entered as a default entry for questions like DNS server 1, DNS server 2, etc... to other "site forms" that would be good...
Will this software do this?
I know Google Apps forms will allow you to route to new page based on selection...
