Forbidden Message When Trying to Download JPGs

    This is something that just recently started happening. When I try to download any jpg file that was uploaded when the form was filled out, I get a "Forbidden" message in my browser screen. I do have the permissions for machform/date set to 777. This is something that just recently started happening, but I'm not sure what could've caused this. I did upgrade to version 3.5 when I noticed the problem, but that didn't repair the issue. Any advice would be appreciate. Thanks.
