   Is there also a way to use an exsisting field to fill in my own designed "Invoice" (as part of the e-mail notification) by showing which of the services that were selected (I tried listing every element that had a price in brackets but that didn't seem to work)...

   In other words, in your current notification e-mail, you use {entry_data} for all selected enteries to generate the report on all fields that have been filled in...is there a way to select only the entry data that is listed in the "Defined Pricing" so it would create a list of the items you choose (that have prices and the person selected and is paying for)?

   I'm afraid there is no single template variable to display the purchased items. Sorry.
   However, each field within your form is having one associated template variable. I think you can simply use this. It won't display the price though.
