What formates does the fiel upload handle?
I need my clients to be able to upload images.
And once someone adds an attachment does it arrive in the email or do they get a link how do it work?
I'm really interested in buying i just need to know this before i do.. Thank you

There is no limitation on file format/type. However, there is limitation on file size. The maximum file size depends on your hosting configuration, different hosting has different limitation regarding this.
The file won't be attached as part of the email, instead a download link will be given.

When creating a form with 2 or more upload fields, during the upload, will the user see a progression bar or some kind of indication that the files are still uploading? (assuming the files are rather large and uploading will take several minutes)

Sorry, at this moment there is no indicator yet. The only indication is from your browser progress bar.
However, this would be a great idea for future feature.
