   My client receives this email error when trying to submit a MachForm. Previously the form had been working correctly. Any help appreciated.

   Based on the error message:
   Connection could not be established with host smtp.office365.com [Connection timed out #110]

   It looks like your web server is having connection issue with the SMTP server.
   I suggest to contact your hosting tech support and let them know. There might be firewall or routing issue.

   You can also try to disable the SMTP server option and uses the default setting to send email.

   ctyankee -- have you tried turning off the SMTP server option on your machform panel? The hosting company most likely blocked the connection to the SMTP server.
