Export All Data, and All New Data

    Hey there,

    I'd like the option to add a button that, when logged in, will export ALL of the entries for all of the forms I have into a single excel file- alternatively, I'd like to be able to export just new entries as well from across all forms.

    This would be a great feature for people who are building lists from their website and various forms. Obviously I know that all of the fields wouldn't always line up, but to be able to export name, e-mail address, and similar contact information would be great.

    Hi Brad,

    I'm a newbie at this Machform forum, but I think what you are looking for is already present in the tool. On the MANAGE FORMS page click on ENTRIES, then on EXPORT ALL ENTRIES: EXCEL FILE.

    This should give you all the data.

    Thanks for the reply Paul. I understand that the option to export a single form exists, but I'd like to be able to export ALL of the data across all forms into a single Excel workbook with a single clicks.

    I might have a website that contains 60 different forms and would like to easily export all of that data without having to open each individual form. Make more sense now?

    I'm afraid this one won't be quite easy to do.
    A lot of custom code would be needed, which I'm afraid I can't help much with, sorry.
