Excel export error: different format than the extension

    Hi everybody,
    i try to export my data in excel format, but when i try to open the file (the size of this file is 0KB) it give me this error:
    "The file you are trying to open is in a different format than specified by the file extension."

    The Mach form's version is 2.1

    csv export work very well.
