Hi,
My form has about 4100 entries. When I click on the download as CSV file link , all is well. However, when i download the file as excel, i get garbled and special characters as data.

Is this happening on all forms or just that particular form?
Also, is the data supposed to contain any special characters? If so, you need to make sure that the PHP iconv extension is being enabled.
