Error after sendijg form

    I got this error message after sending the form insetad of displaying teh Success...message:

    Error sending email: Could not instantiate mail function.
    Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/mpsgroup/public_html/cessiac/Form/includes/helper-functions.php:480) in /home/mpsgroup/public_html/cessiac/Form/confirm.php on line 38

    However, MachFOrm did receive the information.

    How can I fix this? Form is located at http://iadhelp.mps-group.com/code.html

    Try to check this post:

    Try to do the testing as I've posted there. Let me know the result.

    Thanks for your quick reply. I have another form on the same website without any problem. So it shouldn't be the smtp or {mail} thing.

    So you receive the email for the other form?
    That's weird. Can I login to your MachForm to check?

    I found out what's wrong and fixed it.

    Reason: One of the emails was not created.
