   I can not access my account on my domain!

   every time I try to log in, the message:

   Enter Security Code
   Enter the code generated by your mobile application

   Enter your 6-digit code

   =====================

   I did this at one time and now I do not have more secret word to check the code on windows phone.

   How to solve ????
