   I have created a form and I used the page break approach while the user fills(Add Entry) the form, now i want when the user edit the entry the form should display with entries added before and user could edit the entries and update it. Your quick response is required.

   You can turn on the the "Allow Clients to Save and Resume Later" option on your form properties tab.
   Then go to any entry you would like to user to update and click the "Status" icon.

   Click "Mark as incomplete" button and you'll receive a Resume URL.
   You can send this URL to your client and they will be able to update their entry.
