I really need to know if it is possible to edit the email sent to the form owner so that the name is shown on 2 lines. Like this:
First name: John
Last name: Doe
Also, I would like to do the same for the address. I need it to come to me in the email as follows:
Street: 123 S Avenue Way
Suite: Suite L
City: Hollywood
State: CA
Zip: 91445

I just thought of a way I can do this...instead of using the "Name" button to create the inputs using the form builder, I will just have to use the "Single Line Text" option and then add one for each input individually. That way I can edit the email responders to show exactly how I want instead of doing it the other way around.

Yes, you can do so by using the 'Single Line Text' fields.
Also, with some CSS adjustment, you can align the two fields to become one line:
[first name] [last name]
