Dropdown Select

    I am looking to be able to have validation on a dropdown field which has a default value of 'Please Select'.

    If 'Please Select' is selected a standard validation message is needed.

    I have tried a couple of ways of doing this listed in the forum, but neither are working.

    Any help will be much appreciated.
