Drop down list where email goes to?

    The service sounds great, but I must know the following before I make the purchase.
    How can I implement a drop down list to choose where the email goes to? For example, if I want the message to go to Sales Department, I choose it from the menu and it auto-magically is sent there...I want to have at least 12 different addresses messages can go to.
    Does your form support this function?
