Download file shows damaged error

When file is uploaded, if you try to open via confirmation e-mail or machform interface, always a corrupted file is shoed.

File is ok, if you open on ftp folder, files opens normaly.

If tries to open using MachForm interface, the error is the same.

Whats the problem ?

Hmmm .. it's weird. Did you get any error regarding this problem ? or could you send us the broken file that you download from machform interface to :

customer.service[at]appnitro.com

we will check it.
