    Is there a way to download all the associated files with the entry? As in zip up that entries files and starts download?

    I'm afraid there is no way to do this.
    The only way to download them at once is by using FTP client.

    Go to your form data folder and download all the files there.

    I checked the data files and under each form_x/files folder and there's nothing there... I downloaded the entire form folder and searched for the same file that I uploaded and can't find it

    Make sure that PHP Safe Mode is turned off on your server. Also, try to test by uploading small files.
