I would like to buy a license for this amazing script but i don´t have a defined domain at the moment. Can i buy now the license and just use at my home computer and after a few days just move it to a domain? What if i would like to change my domain after 2 weeks, what do i need to do? Can i just move the files and everything still works?
Another question, after i purchase a license does it come with Powered by Machform and Copyright Appnitro?

The Copyright Information must stay intact on the form editor and administration screens - it's like any software that comes with copyright notices.

To address your other question, yes you can use it on any temporary server and move it later when you finally have the domain. Simply move your files and database.
