One of my company's users accidentally deleted a form that had received important data. Is there any way to recover this data (I don't care about the form itself, just the data submitted to that form).
Is there any way to retrieve this or has the data been wiped with the form?

as far as i know all the data is saved in the mysql database. if you go directly there from the host user cPanel. Once in all the data is in the database labeled formX. replacing X with whatever the form number is. all info can be retreived from there
I tried looking in the mysql database, but the form seems to be gone. Are the form entries deleted as soon as the form is deleted?
I'm afraid yes .. the form data will be deleted after you delete a form. Do you have any backup file of your mySQL database ? maybe you can ask your hosting company about this
When you delete a form, it will ask "are you sure you want to delete this form AND ALL RELATED DATA?".
I'm a bit surprised the form was 'accidentally' deleted ;-).
