I have several forms that share a common drop-down field with many options. I know that there is a duplicate option within a form but I'd like to edit this field on one form and be able to duplicate the changes on another form. I've looked through PHPmyAdmin and can't find what to duplicate and where (if this is a possible option).

It is possible to duplicate it manually from phpMyAdmin. However, there are lots of records need to be copied. You will need to copy the records from "ap_form_elements" and "ap_element_options" table.
Be very careful when doing it though, since you might break the integrity of your form if you are having the wrong records.
