Firstly thanks for such a great script. No more fiddling about with forms and inputs!
I have installed successfully following all the instructions you give so clearly, but find that having designed a form I cannot save it. When I click 'Save Form' although the message 'Saving form....Please wait....' comes up, the edit page is reloaded and I wait and wait and wait! Any suggestions.
Of course it may be that the server has not responded after receiving data, processed it and created the form. Where are the completed files saved?
