- I have PHP 5.1.6 and mySQL 5.0.45
- I've tried to run PHP as both Apache module and FastCGI, both safe mode on and off in each
- Folders and files chmod to 755, except the data folder as 777
- mySQL setup correctly, info input into config.php
- config was renamed "config.php" as specified
... and I'm getting nothing but a blank screen.
WordPress operates just fine on the same domain, so mySQL and PHP are definitely working correctly.
What gives?

Try to add this code in your "config.php" file after "<?php "
ini_set('display_error','1');it might be there is an error from the file. Let me know how it goes

These were purchased for sites running on a CentOS Apache server, with already-mentioned mySQL 5 and PHP 5 running, via Plesk 9. WordPress and vBulletin run fine on this machine. MachForm installer.php loads as a blank page.
As a test, I was able to install MachForm okay on a Windows 2003 server, using PHP 4 and mySQL 5, using Plesk 8.
Any ideas how to fix so it runs on the CentOS Linux Apache machine?
I deleted all files, the database, and started over. It works now. Go figure.
