It's weird. When I create a new form and embed it with an iframe, for about 15 minutes I get the "Client Server" "error" when I load the page it is embedded on. After about 15 minutes though, the form starts showing up fine.
Thoughts on why that is?

What was the exact error message?
Most likely, it was network connection problem.

I agree with Yuniar, most likely your server is having intermittent outages. You can check your server logs to see if the hosting company's server is doing something weird.
