All these files are infected, and our site is getting attacked left and right from different servers due to problems in machform. Please fix.

Those files aren't coming from MachForm.
I suggest to copy your machform folder to your local computer first and then delete it completely from your website and re-upload the files using the original machform files. This is necessary to ensure all your files are clean.
You also need to check any other files within your site, to ensure they are all clean as well.
If you're using Wordpress or any other CMS, make sure to update and re-install using clean files. Since the attack could be coming from any script within the site.If you need further help on this, please contact us directly:

how do I download a new one?

Assume by "new one" you mean new copy of Machform - log into your customer area with the details you used to purchase it.

The latest version is there as long as you hold a valid licence.
Would also suggest follow Yuniar's instruction - contact Appnitro direct for faster response support.
