Not Found
The requested URL /var/www/vhosts/.../ was not found on this server.
When I try to login in the machform with admin and password. and click on login, the following appaers on the screen.
What can I do??

looks like it has somethin to do with my htaccess

You could have an issue with your httpd.conf file. If you are on a linux box type the command apachectl -S (or -t) or whatever the command is for your box to check your httpd.conf file.
You could have typed in the wrong address too.
