Can we add a PayPal button to a created form? If yes, how would we go about doing this? I already have a PayPal account.

The easiest way would be copying your paypal button code into your form thank you page. This way your customer will be prompted to submit payment after successful form submission.

I have mine as yuniar suggests. When people submit the form, and then the preview, they are taken to the redirect 'thank you' page. I have put the PayPal form there - it works very nicely that way.
