After I link the form to my website, I am forbidden to access it by the server. How can I correct this please?

It seems a permission problem, Is there any rules which you use on your website like htacces file ? and is the form can be accessed directly from machform admin ?
Or if you feel comfortable, could you show us the url which having this problem ?
