&#60;p&#62;You may not be able to send a form in an email - unless the user has HTML email capability. I would think your typical email client (e.g. Outlook/Windows Live Mail etc)can display basic HTML elements - pictures, text, links - but that's about all.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Have you tried posting the iframe code (provided by the machform application) into an HTML mail?  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The reason the button might not be showing is the height of the iframe and you have scroll bars turned off (or something similar).  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Outlook  or other email clients may not support iframes as such because they are not web browsers, and may only support the very basic web elements (pictures, text, links - basic markup &#60;code&#62;&#38;lt;em&#38;gt;&#60;/code&#62;,&#38;lt;u&#38;gt;, &#60;code&#62;&#38;lt;strong&#38;gt;&#60;/code&#62; and &#60;code&#62;&#38;lt;a href&#38;gt;&#60;/code&#62; etc).
