(This is not a video rental site)</p> <p>What I want to happen is as follows:</p> <p>1. A form to add the video to the database<br /> 2. Within that form I would like a drop down list of employees email addresses<br /> 3. When the form is submitted the employee selected from the drop will be notified of the form content/submission by email</p> <p>I have tried all morning (UK time) to get this done but I am not able achieve it.
