hi ..

I agree with AMurray, there is write permission problem on web server session folder.

I think you should contact your web hosting first about this problem and no need to re-install machform. After that you can try to login to machform again.

I'm no expert at this stuff, but my best guess is there is a file-write permission problem with the "tmp" folder, and that folder seems to be for holding the cookie files that Machform & browser uses (e.g. the logon routine would use a session cookie)

Perhaps, a total reinstall might help(instructions: http://www.appnitro.com/machform/installation)..

Be sure you backup the MySQL database through myPHPAdmin or similar tool.

My business website has been up and down for the last 48 hours thanks to a hosting service whose quality has gone right into the toilet. (making a move so no worries there)

In the meantime, the site is back up and today I tried logging into the Machform Admin Panel. On the bottom of the page under the copyright footer I get the following two warning messages:

Warning: Unknown(): open(/tmp/sess_9fb38b2d5b95f81975c449e1ccf32b33, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Unknown(): Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/tmp) in Unknown on line 0

Needless to say I cannot log in and have no idea where to begin to fix this mess the hosting service caused. Any help would be incredibly appreciated.
