Hi :-)

recently discovered Machform - working beautifully :)

I have one problem now - and I cannot solve it - wondering if I missed something during install? Or any settings....? - I'd appreciate any help with this...

I can't seem to get the upload feature to work as it should :'(
The file upload works fine, when downloading the form data as excel - the information is there - but there is an error... the message gets sent through, the image link within the mail however returns an error.

my folder structure: http://screencast.com/t/za7LGEK4w3
> the form using the upload: http://www.aqualibraclaims.co.uk/pages/contact.php
(located in the 'pages' folder)

The email sent back to client from form: http://screencast.com/t/UCTjaMHU74
My client reports:

<blockquote>
When I put the cursor over the link 10385c8416.jpg it reads:
Blocked::http://www.aqualibraclaims.co.uk/pages/download.php?q=Zm9ybV9pZD05JmlkPTMmZWw9ZWxlbWVudF84">10385c8416.jpg
</blockquote>

When clicked - the link to the uploaded jpg returns a 404 error page....

any thoughts, tips or solutions would be very much appreciated :)
