<description>&#60;p&#62;Perhaps, instead of using the text area, use the Section Break field type.  Type in the full text of the agreement/terms/conditions and then use a check box, with the &#34;required field&#34; action turned on, so they can't submit the form without ticking the check box.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I need a textarea to have a default value (a full agreement/terms block of text), in which there should be an option to &#34;blur&#34; (onfocus) this field from being altered by a user as they must agree. Could this feature or something similar be added soon? (default option for all fields).&#60;/p&#62;
